A similar-looking cartridge is not enough to establish compatibility. Find the manufacturer, system model and the reference printed on the existing part or in the manual.

Copy the part number and any stated replacement instructions. Do not dismantle equipment just to complete the form.
Tell us when it was last replaced, if known, and whether you want parts or an assisted change.
Request the exact replacement reference, compatibility confirmation, delivery and price. A refill pack must be intended for that system.
Specify whether you need pre/post-filters, the membrane or a complete service set. These are not necessarily replaced together.
Identify the softener and the manufacturer’s consumable specification. Salt replenishment and treatment-media replacement are different requests; specialist supply is a future service.
Provide the unit model and lamp or sleeve reference. Private-water maintenance is assessed separately and is not currently available to book.
Maintain and replace filters according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not use taste alone to decide when maintenance is due.

General maintenance guidance reviewed 9 October 2026. Exact parts, cleaning procedures and intervals must come from your equipment manufacturer.
We do not yet sell bottled-water refills, operate a refill station or offer a universal cartridge recycling scheme. Disposal or take-back instructions would be confirmed for the actual part and supplier.
